My uncle was diagnosed with stage IV small cell lung cancer on Monday, July 5, 2014 and died on Saturday, July 23, 2014. Having smoked for over 50 years, his diagnosis at age 69 was shocking, but not surprising.

My three kids and I know what it feels like to struggle to breathe. We all have asthma. We don't like to take air for granted. My uncle was recently diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer. We have a new reason to raise awareness.

My uncle was diagnosed with lung cancer and I never got a good chance to know him. He was a genius and inspired my recent interest into computers. He had even bought me a musical instrument that I did not know about until after his death.

Jibrail was a hard, dedicated worker with a variety of interests. He was well-liked by many people and enjoyed helping and spending time with friends. He was very close to his Mom and sisters, Aaliyah Destiny Johnson, Journee Syrai Johnson, and Angelique Maxine Johnson. Jibrail also had other siblings through his late father, James E. Williams, Jr., including Cameron James Williams, Jada Nicole Brunet, Mer'ika Nephitari Thomas, and Jew'el Elijah Williams. Jibrail found joy in being an uncle to his first and only niece August Nynth Johnson.

She will be forever in our hearts and memories and will be missed by her children: Brooke and Bret Mobbs, three grandchildren: Brayden, Bryce, Beau and one on the way. Her mother, Debra Perreault and husband, Ronald of Colchester; sisters: June Perreault of Colchester and Shelly Legrand of FL, brother, Daniel Hill of St. Albans. She leaves so many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends that loved her, along with her fiancé, Greg Seals of Winooski.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Devoid, her sons: Brian Hamlin and Sean and wife, Alissa Munson; her grandchildren: Noah and Amelia Munson; her mother, Sandra J. Caponie; her siblings: Denis Kennedy, Tina and Mikey Bessette, Irman Munson and Major Munson, along with several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.

He leaves his children: Jeffrey J. Gay, Analise Katherine Gay and Arianna Gay; his father, Jeffrey R. Gay, Sr., his mother, Cheryl Provost and her partner, Paul; his siblings and their spouses: Tanya and Stacy Echols, Joseph and Maria J. Gay and Beth Ann Gay; his nieces and nephews: Brianna, Blane, Collin, Kaydence, Chase, Dalton and Emily, along with his aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family.

Frankie leaves his mother, Mary Wright, step-father, Paul Miller (Nicole): his brother, Jayden and sister, Jessa: grandparents, Art and Darlene Thomas; many aunts and uncles: Susan and Kyle Brunelle, Joe and Tiffany, Steve and Marcie, Tabitha and Justin, Dorothy and John and Lori Ann along with many cousins and other family members.

Along with his parents, Randy S. Francis and Tina M. Bessette, he leaves his siblings: Randy, Justin, Joshua, Breanna, Jenna and Chastity; his grandparents: Donald Francis, Sr. and Sandy Campponi and his aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and his canine friend, Halo.

Along with his parents, he is survived by his wife, Tammy (Graham) Hatin, his children: James, Donovan, Carter and Jaxxon; his siblings: Jayden and Peyton Mulliss and Carissa and Cory Goodemote; maternal grandparents: Nancy and Jimmy Erno; uncles, aunts and extended family. He is also survived by his best friend/brother, Aaron Fitzgerald, Aunt Lisa Hatin and his cousin, Justin Hatin and his entire extended family of in-laws.

When Steve turned 50 he connected with his birth family, he leaves behind his, biological mother, Phyllis Bluto, sister Tonya Colbert (Wayne) Launsby of Tennessee, brothers: David Blodgett, Todd (Edmund) Paquette, of Massachusetts, Kirk (Esther) Halen of Barre, Aunts: June Ewen, Martha (Rodney) Keough and Theresa Hooker, as well as many other aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins.

Along with his parents, Carl Sears, Jr. and Donna Avila, he leaves his brothers and their wives: Shawn and Holli Sears of Franklin and Carl, III and Kimberly Sears of Newport; his sister, Judy and husband, Wayne Butchino of Alburg and his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Nicolas (Nick) was born in Utuado, PR in 1947, and was raised in Lorain, OH. After graduating high school, he served in the Vista program before joining the U.S. Marines and serving in the Vietnam War. He returned back to OH after retiring, to spend his time with his family members. He was an avid Cleveland Sports fan and Ohio State Buckeyes fan, and he loved doing crossword puzzles. He was a member of St. Anthony Church in Lorain. He prayed the rosary daily and also had a special devotion for St. Therese the Little Flower. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, welcoming smile, and love for his family. Wherever he went, be it banks, restaurants, pharmacies, dr. offices, etc, he made everyone feel as if they were the most important person in the room. His positive attitude and smile was contagious. He treated each of his nieces and nephews as if they were his favorite and he was the favorite uncle for many.

Larry was born in Campbell, Ohio to his devoted parents, Lorenzo and Armalinda Mendoza, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his foster parents, Juan and Gregoria Segovia; brother, Sacarias "Joe" Mendosa; sisters, Consuelo Mendosa, Catherine Mendoza, Maria Lupe Segoria, and Margarita Perez; and niece, Pamela Mendosa. He is survived by his beloved sister, Stella Guzman and many, many beloved nephews and nieces that loved him so very much.Larry often said with great affection that he was proudest of being a "Great"; great uncle, great great uncle and a great great great uncle. He enjoyed bowling in leagues in his younger years, and watching sports with his nephews. He cherished his visits with family, and was, above all, a storyteller. His love for laughter and his quick wit will always be remembered with a smile.
